The ancient lantern of the Llebeig Lighthouse has recovered its splendour thanks to the recent restoration carried out by the MSM team.

During these last months, our technicians have been recovering each of the pieces that make up the structure of this emblematic lantern, whose construction dates from 1969, restoring its original appearance.

Now, after almost 50 years of operation and recently restored, this lantern has been installed in the outdoors area of Portopí Lighthouse, located in Palma de Mallorca (Balearic Islands), where it will be part of the permanent Exhibition of Maritime Signals held by this historic lighthouse.

At MSM, we are proud to have successfully completed the restoration and installation of a lantern that has half a century of history and that is now incorporated to one of the most important European collections of maritime lighting.
